The role includes a four‑week paid training, a foundation in electrical, programming, and networking basics, and opportunities for growth through merit raises and salary progression aligned with project needs.

Qualifications

• Institutional training provided: four-week paid training to prepare for field work.
• Foundation in electrical systems, programming, and networking required.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support data center startups with on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks.
• Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate systems on-site.
