ProAutomated Inc. is hiring for a travel-heavy field automation role across North America. You will support data center startups, perform electrical and control checks, and lead startup and acceptance testing for warehouse and manufacturing projects.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree or 3+ years hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Relocation and travel logistics are provided.

• Willingness to travel and be away from home on rotation
• Experience with electrical systems, programming, and networking
• Adaptability and resilience to change
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Within 50 miles of a major airport (relocation available)
• Personal vehicle within 45 days of employment
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering (3+ years)

Responsabilidades

• Support data center startups, performing on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks.
• Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems.
• Partner with automation and controls engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate on-site systems.
• Provide clear communication and updates to customers and project teams to keep progress smooth and accurate.
• Travel rotations follow 5 on-2 off, 10 on-4 off, or 14 on-7 off; each project brings new challenges and locations.
• Work with various customers, gaining real-world experience with large companies while being supported by the ProAutomated team.
