Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to handle a high volume of Service Desk requests, hardware installations, software support, and field technical support activities in Sanford, NC. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on hardware and software support, imaging, and printer configuration, with travel as needed.

Proficiency with ServiceNow for ticketing and documented support processes is essential.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience supporting computer hardware, software, peripherals, components, networking protocols, and communications.
Strong experience installing, configuring, and imaging new computers and loading required software.
Experience installing and configuring local and network printers and other peripherals.
Hands-on experience with data migration and user profile migration.
Experience documenting technical support processes and procedures.
Strong working experience with ServiceNow call tracking/ticketing system.
Must be comfortable traveling as required for the role.
All work must be performed onsite in Sanford, NC.
