Job summary

LINX is seeking a Full Time Foreman/Lead CraftWorker in El Paso, TX to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects. You will own daily execution of structured cabling, fiber, and low voltage work while training technicians and ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will report to the Project Manager and manage crew productivity, scheduling, and materials, with a focus on delivering on schedule and maintaining client satisfaction on site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on low voltage/structured cabling experience across copper and fiber.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role where you lead crews and ensure quality.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients (AWS, Google, Microsoft, etc.).
• Ability to read construction documents and interpret BOMs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial sites, setting daily goals and ensuring productivity.
• Plan workforce, schedule crews, track timesheets, and coordinate with contract workers when needed.
• Train technicians in installation methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify on-site personnel issues and escalate to the Superintendent or PM as appropriate.
• Oversee daily execution of structured cabling and fiber scopes, monitor progress, and manage material staging.
