Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in electrical construction, especially for Data Center projects, to support multiple small to medium projects or one large project.

The role requires managing client relationships, preparing estimates, and controlling costs while guiding the project team. Travel up to 75–100% in Texas and the East Coast is expected, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the electrical construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Must have Data Center, Healthcare, or Large Commercial Projects experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company policies and procedures.
• Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact, including scope, schedule, and resources necessary for success.
• Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specs, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise preparation of all change orders and negotiate changes.
• Monitor construction activities with onsite leadership to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests.
