Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Travel Project Manager to support Data Center electrical construction on projects across Texas and the East Coast.

You will provide overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM guidance. Responsibilities include planning, directing project activities, preparing complete estimates, managing change orders, tracking costs, and reporting progress to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and organize projects under guidance of senior PM.
• Strong communication skills for client contact and team coordination.
• Extensive knowledge of safety protocols applicable on construction sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools; experience with Accubid/Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate tasks among team members.
• Provide project management expertise to assess scope, schedule, and resources.
• Prepare complete estimates by reviewing plans, specs, and bid forms.
• Set project objectives and standards within corporate policies.
• Oversee change orders and negotiate them to closure.
• Monitor construction to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions under supervision.
• Prepare change quotations for client presentations and negotiations.
• Compile monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
• Review documents prepared by junior PMs before submission.
• Represent the company in project meetings with PM II or Sr. PM guidance.
