Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on data center electrical construction to lead high-profile projects in Texas. You will plan, organize, and oversee project activities from scope through closeout, coordinating with senior leadership, clients, and field teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in electrical construction project management, data center or large commercial project experience, and proficiency with Accubid, Oracle, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
• Data Center, Healthcare, or Large Commercial project experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; Accubid and Oracle preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision of senior PM.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate with PMs and foremen.
• Assess scope, schedule and resources to complete projects successfully.
• Prepare complete project estimates from plans and bid forms.
• Manage change orders and negotiate with clients and subs.
• Monitor construction to meet schedule and budget.
