**Required Experience and Certifications:**

• 1 year of Labor and Delivery (LD) experience

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

**Preferred Education:**

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree

**Licensure:**

• Must have an active Ohio (OH) or compact license at the time of submission
