Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or stressful situations.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS or ticketing systems.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with ticketing, reservations, and travel inquiries at the terminal.
• Provide accurate information regarding schedules, routes, fares, and policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds using point-of-sale systems.
• Coordinate with boarding and operations staff to ensure on-time departures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer service area.
• Assist passengers with special needs, baggage questions and general travel support.
