Job summary

Greyhound Lines, Inc. seeks full-time bus drivers to transport passengers across designated routes with a focus on safety and customer service. Drivers operate Class A or B CDL vehicles, meet age and licensing requirements, and pass DOT physicals and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must hold CDL Class A or B with Passenger 16+ endorsement and no air brake restriction.
• Must be 22 years of age or older.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate a bus safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Follow routes and schedules, adjust as needed.
• Assist passengers and ensure comfort and safety.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report maintenance issues and incidents as required.
• Keep records of miles, fuel use, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Follow designated routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments when required
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by providing assistance when needed
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
• Report any maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authorities
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing their personal belongings
• Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents in accordance with company protocols
• Keep records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other required documentation
• Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Fully Licensed with Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Possesses Passenger 16+ endorsement and no air brake restriction
• 22 years of age or older
• Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Full-time employment consideration only
• Ability to work varied schedule based on regional driver needs

Compensation Range

USD $28.90 - USD $32.84 /Hr.
