Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Portsmouth, Virginia. The role requires 18 months of CT Tech experience and ARRT (CT) or ASRT CT certification, with licensure in most states.

You will work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift as part of a travel staffing contract. Responsibilities include positioning patients for CT scans, operating CT equipment, assisting radiologists, and ensuring high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of CT Tech experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must hold ARRT (CT) or ASRT CT certification.
• Licensure is required in most states.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans and ensure proper immobilization and safety.
• Set and monitor CT equipment controls; adjust as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and contrast administration.
