Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Scottsburg, Indiana. This position requires 18 months of CT tech experience and ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, with licensure as required by state.

The assignment is 14 weeks long, with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour shift. Benefits include weekly pay, housing or housing allowance, health insurance for you and family, and credentialing fee coverage.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of CT Tech experience in a health care setting.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
• Position patients for scans with immobilization and protection.
• Set controls and monitor equipment; assist radiologist with procedures.
• Provide IVs and contrast administration as applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast and schedule procedures.
• Assist with interventional CT procedures.
• Ensure image quality and proper labeling of images.
• Maintain patient records and bill procedures as needed.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care and maintain safety.
