Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an acute care hospital. Applicants should have 2+ years CT experience and ARRT (R)(CT) certification, with ARRT (R) required as well. The role involves night shifts at a 218-bed facility and travel-related policies.

Uniforms are required and state licensure may be needed; EPIC EMR is used for documentation. Travel experience and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve in an acute care setting for all age groups.
• Work at a 218-bed facility.
• Night shift 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, five 8-hour shifts per weekend and every other weekend.
• Rotating weekend requirements.
• No floating, no call or standby, no holiday requirements.
• Use EPIC EMR for patient records.
• Lead Tech provides department orientation.
• Maintain uniform dress code: black scrubs; uniform jacket; no hoodies.

• Lead Tech will provide department-specific orientation
• Uniform dress code with black scrubs; jacket must be uniform; no hoodies allowed
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
• Previous WVU Medicine travelers must have a 2-year break before reapplying
• Travelers may not work within WVU for longer than one year without taking a 2-year break
