Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT certification for a 13-week day shift assignment in West Virginia. The role requires ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications, and WV or Compact licensure, with travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities include working in the CT Scan department, handling 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and using Cerner EMR. Candidates must reside >100 miles away, with some exceptions, and orientation occurs every other

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CT Technologist experience required.
• ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required.
• WV license or Compact license required; pending license accepted for submission.
• License required if applicable.
• Prior travel experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge references from the past 2 years required.

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this role.
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility; those between 75-100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the same rate.
• Former permanent employees must wait 2 years from their last date of employment before returning as a traveler.
• Current employees of the health system are not eligible for travel contracts within the same health system.
• Orientation is held every other Monday.
• Non-billable Cerner training modules must be completed prior to start date, averaging 2-6 hours.
