Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a Level 3 Trauma Center in Sioux City, IA. Requires 1+ year CT experience, travel contract history, Epic EMR, and Siemens Edge CT equipment familiarity.

Position runs 9:00 PM–7:00 AM, 10-hour shifts, with a 40-hour guaranteed week, no weekend or on-call requirements. Valid IA Rad Tech license and ARRT CT certification required; BLS preferred and travel stipend benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT experience.
• At least 1 completed travel contract required.
• Active CT Certification through ARRT required.
• Active Permit to Practice IA Rad Tech License required (license required if applicable).
• Active BLS certification required (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted).
• Siemens Edge CT equipment experience required.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• CT department within a Level 3 Trauma Center.
• Night shift, 10-hour shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.
• 40-hour guaranteed work week.
• No weekend requirements.
• No on-call requirements.
• Uses Epic EMR.
• Uses Siemens Edge CT equipment.
• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Must be available to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day).
• Limited to 1 day off request during designated holiday blackout periods.

• Siemens Edge equipment experience required

• Active BLS certification required (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted)
• Active CT Certification through ARRT required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Supervisory reference/performance evaluation completed within the last 2 years required
