American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a CT Technologist for a Level II Trauma Center. The candidate must hold ARRT CT, ARRT R, and BLS certifications with at least 1 year of experience.

Work includes trauma imaging across adult and pediatric populations, 3x12 weekend nights, on-call shifts, and using GE PACS systems with contrast administration and 3D post-processing.

This assignment offers housing and travel reimbursements and a non-taxed per diem where applicable.

Qualifikationen

ARRT CT, ARRT R, and BLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of experience required
Image display and post-processing including 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and ROI measurement
Experience with abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, spine/musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies
Experience with coronary CTA, vascular CTA, and brain perfusion preferred
Proficient in preparation and administration of contrast media
Skilled in starting peripheral IVs
Knowledge of isolation precautions, PPE, and radiation safety
License required if applicable

Aufgaben

Level II Trauma Center setting including Adult and Pediatric Acute Care, Outpatient, Emergency Department, and ICU
Patient population ranges from infant to geriatric
Patient ratio of 1:3
3x12 weekend block night shifts (Fri 7p-7a, Sat 7p-7a, Sun 7p-7a)
On-call required approximately 2 shifts per month
Uses GE equipment and PACS system
Very busy hospital environment
First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate
Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate
Previous employees must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
