American Traveler is seeking a part-time weekend CT Technologist for a short-term acute care facility in Oregon City. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, ARRT CT certification, and ARRT R certification, plus BLS and Epic charting proficiency.

The position involves 3x10 hour evenings with weekend coverage, 0.75 FTE, and on-call shifts. Travel-friendly benefits and housing support are available for travelers.

Responsabilités

• CT Tech unit in short-term acute care hospital
• Adult acute care and outpatient work settings
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Evening shift: 13:00–23:30
• Weekend coverage: Sat/Sun 13:00–23:30
• Block schedule: 0.75 FTE / 30 hrs/week
• On-call 1–3 shifts per month
• No unit-to-unit floating
• Uses GE/Philips/Siemens/Toshiba CT and PACS
• Charting in Epic
• Able to commit to 3 of 5 major holidays
• No parking fee at facility

American Traveler is hiring a part-time weekend CT Technologist for a short-term acute care facility, requiring at least 1 year of experience and ARRT CT certification.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist required
• ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Experience performing CT scans of the abdomen and pelvis, chest, head and neck, and spine/musculoskeletal with and without contrast
• Skilled in preparation and administration of contrast media and starting peripheral IVs
• Experience with isolation precautions and PPE
• Age-specific competency required across neonate through older adult populations
• Valid compact state license required in hand at time of submission, if applicable
• 2 references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required

Responsibilities

• Short-term acute care hospital setting, CT Tech unit
• Adult acute care and outpatient work settings
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Evening shift, 3x10 hours, 13:00-23:30
• Weekend coverage required Saturday and Sunday 1300-2330
• Block schedule required, 0.75 FTE / 30 hours per week
• On-call required, 1-3 call shifts per month
• No floating between units required for this role
• Uses GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba CT equipment, and PACS
• Charting in Epic
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during the application process
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be accepted at a lower bill rate
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler
• Scrubs of any color permitted; scrubs provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child units
• No parking fee at this facility
