Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience for an overnight assignment in a community hospital setting. The role requires ARRT CT and ARRT R certification, plus BLS and a state license if applicable.

You will perform contrast-enhanced and non-contrast CT imaging across multiple body regions, work with multiple CT platforms, and may float to nearby facilities within a 75-mile radius. Epic EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience required.
• ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required; BLS certification required.
• License required if applicable; experience with contrast media prep and administration, and starting peripheral IVs.

Responsibilities

• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, Tue–Thu.
• Perform CT imaging in adult acute care and outpatient settings.
• Imaging areas: abdomen, pelvis, spine, chest, head/neck with/without contrast.
• Operate GE/Philips/Siemens/Toshiba CT equipment with PACS; Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Willing to float to other facilities within 75 miles; residency distance requirements apply.
• Candidates may be first-time travelers.

• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration
• Experience starting peripheral IVs
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE use
• Teaching hospital, community hospital, and Trauma Level II experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours, Tuesday through Thursday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Performs CT imaging in adult acute care and adult outpatient settings
• Procedures include abdomen and pelvis, spine and musculoskeletal (cervical, lumbar, thoracic), chest, and head/neck imaging, with and without contrast
• Uses GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba CT equipment along with PACS
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Must be willing to float to other areas, including other facilities within a 75-mile radius
• Perform diagnostic CT imaging across a range of abdominal, pelvic, spinal, musculoskeletal, chest, head, and neck studies
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Maximum of 5 days RTO allowed per 13-week assignment, with no holiday RTO accepted
• Former INTEGRIS employees must have a minimum of 1 year separation from the facility to be eligible
• No block scheduling requests accepted
• First-time travelers may be considered
