Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for an evening shift contract. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of CT experience and proficiency with GE, Siemens, and Canon scanners. ARRT CT certification and active state licensure are required, with Epic EMR experience noted in employment history.

This role involves 4x10 hour evenings, every other weekend, and potential floating to other units. Orientation is provided, and references from a supervisor are requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of CT Technologist experience.
• ARRT CT certification required; state license if applicable.
• Active state license and certifications required; pending licenses not accepted.
• Epic EMR experience required and must be noted in employment history.
• Two current professional references from a Supervisor/Manager within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Radiology department setting.
• 4x10 hour evening shifts, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
• Every other weekend required; holiday coverage as needed.
• Floating to other units as needed and orientation for new staff.
• RTO policy: 3 days for 8-week contracts, 7 days for 13-week contracts.
• Interviews conducted prior to staffing decisions.

• Experience with GE, Siemens, and Canon scanners required
• ARRT and CT certification required
• License required if applicable
• Active state license and certifications required; pending licenses/certifications not accepted
• BLS certification required; American Heart Association preferred, American Red Cross accepted
• Epic EMR experience required and must be noted in employment history
• Two current professional references from a Supervisor/Manager/Charge within the last year required; at least one travel reference preferred

Responsibilities

• Radiology department setting
• 4x10 hour evening shifts, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Floating as needed
• Holiday coverage as needed
• 15 hours of non-billable orientation required
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Returning permanent or per diem staff must be separated from the facility for 12 months before being eligible as a traveler
• RTO maximum of 3 days for 8-week contracts and 7 days for 13-week contracts
• Facility conducts a brief interview of approximately 10-15 minutes
