Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a night-shift assignment. The role requires 1+ year of CT experience, ARRT CT certification and BLS. Licensure and Epic EMR experience are also required.

Responsibilities include 3x12 hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with cross-setting work across outpatient, inpatient, ED and ICU. Travel flexibility and compliance checks are part of the job.

Qualifications

• License required if applicable; Epic EMR experience needed.
• Must pass an EKG exam; current driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Wed–Fri.
• Conduct CT scans including abdomen/pelvis, chest, head/neck, spine, and MSK.
• Work across outpatient, inpatient, ED and ICU with various age groups.
• May float to any facility campus within the health system as needed.
• Open background check and third-party education verification required.

Job description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night-shift assignment requiring 1+ years experience and ARRT CT certification.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT Tech experience required
• ARRT CT and BLS certifications required
• License required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with peripheral IV starts preferred
• Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam (two attempts allowed)
• Current driver's license required for address verification

Responsibilities

• 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Wednesday through Friday
• Work across outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU settings with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• NICU, PICU, neonate, and infant experience preferred
• PACS and contrast administration required; biopsies and IV starts preferred
• Level I Trauma setting preferred
• Performs CT scans including abdomen/pelvis, chest, head/neck, spine, and musculoskeletal studies
• Special procedures may include aspirations, biopsies, brain perfusion, colonography, CTA, myelography, and transplant studies preferred
• Cardiac CT/calcium scoring experience preferred
• GE and Siemens equipment experience preferred
• May float to any facility campus within the health system as needed
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; no local rate applies
• RTO must be submitted at the time of application; post-submission RTO requests are not accepted
• Third-party education verification is required
• Open background check cases are not permitted
