Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a CT Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and current ARRT certification for a day shift assignment in a hospital setting in Hickory, NC.

The position requires ARRT certification, CT experience, and GE imaging equipment familiarity. Cardiac imaging experience is preferred. Schedule is 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with every other weekend and no on-call duties; housing and licensure support may be offered to traveling candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience.
• ARRT certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Experience with GE equipment required.
• Cardiac imaging and procedural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cat Scan department of a 355-bed hospital
• Mixed patient population
• Uses GE imaging equipment
• Cerner EHR
• Day shift / varied schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call or float requirements
• Adaptable personality fit preferred for a varied and fast-paced environment
• Scrubs of any color accepted
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate; must live 60+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
