American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week acute care travel assignment in Kentucky. The role requires 3+ years of CT experience, ARRT CT certification, and BLS. You will perform CT and X-ray imaging in a 75-bed facility and work weekend night shifts.

Eligible candidates must report to a facility within 60 miles for travel rate eligibility, with local rate options for closer candidates. Housing, licensure reimbursement, and additional benefits are provided.

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week acute care travel assignment requiring 3+ years of experience and ARRT (CT) certification.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CT Technologist required
• ARRT (CT) certification and BLS required
• License required if applicable
• Proficiency in both CT and X-ray imaging required
• Must be able to work independently with strong critical thinking and decisive judgment
• Must be able to perform effectively in a stressful, fast-paced environment
• Must be available to report on-call within 30 minutes of notification
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Acute care hospital setting within the Diagnostic Radiology department
• 75-bed facility treating patients from infant through geriatric, including bariatric cases
• Performs both CT and X-ray imaging
• Equipment includes GE Lightspeed 16 and 64 slice CT scanners and GE XR imaging equipment
• Uses MedHost EHR system
• Weekend night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Call requirement of every 8th weekend and 1 holiday
• Must float as needed within the department
• Works under the supervision of the Director of Radiology and Radiology Manager
• Candidates must demonstrate teamwork, dedication, and a strong work ethic
• Black scrub dress code required, following facility dress code policy
• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
• Local candidates within 60 miles may be eligible at the local rate
• Weekly orientation held on Mondays
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time during the assignment
