American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist to support overnight CT and diagnostic X-ray operations, requiring ARRT registration and GE CT experience.

Responsibilities include performing CT imaging, fluoroscopy, and general radiography for diverse age groups, on a 3x12 night shift schedule, with PACS/teleradiology workflow and strict HIPAA adherence.

Qualifications

ARRT registration required (R.T.CT or R.T.).
CA Radiologic Technologist license required.
License required if applicable.
Advanced CT certification preferred in CA.
Current BLS certification required.
Fluoroscopy license required in CA when using fluoroscopy.
Venipuncture certification required in CA for contrast.
Experience with GE CT equipment required.
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
Minimum 2 years of specialty experience, with recent work in last 3 months.

Responsibilities

Located in a 173-bed hospital serving the Central Valley.
Performs CT imaging along with general radiography and fluoroscopy.
3x12-hour night shift schedule: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.
Covers CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures.
Care for patients from adolescent to geriatric.
Uses PACS and teleradiology to transfer images.
Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images.
Maintains records, files and billing information.
Ensures HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality.
Performs routine equipment maintenance and inventories.
Vaccinations per facility policy; exemptions available.

Venipuncture certification required in CA if administering contrast materials
Experience with GE CT equipment required
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty required, with recent experience within the last 3 months
