Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a night shift assignment. The role requires ARRT CT certification, BLS, and at least 1 year of CT experience, with Epic EMR experience preferred. The position includes opportunities to float within the health system and work in adult acute care and ED settings.

Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the facility; first-time travelers may be considered. Travel and licensure reimbursements, housing allowance, and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CT Tech experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• ARRT CT certification required.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• License required if applicable.
• Experience with abdomen/pelvis and chest CT with/without contrast preferred.
• Experience with CT special procedures preferred.
• Experience with spine and musculoskeletal imaging preferred.
• Contrast media prep and peripheral IVs experience preferred.
• Pediatric to geriatric patient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• 3x12 hour night shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, Fri–Sun.
• No call requirements.
• Uses PACS and Siemens CT equipment.
• May float to other campuses within the health system as needed.
• Works in adult acute care and emergency department settings.
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.
• First-time travelers may be considered.

Requirements

• ARRT CT certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• License required if applicable
• Experience with abdomen/pelvis and chest CT with and/or without contrast preferred
• Experience with CT special procedures such as aspirations, biopsies, brain perfusion, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, and vascular CTA preferred
• Experience with spine and musculoskeletal imaging preferred
• Experience preparing and/or administering contrast media and starting peripheral IVs preferred
• Experience working with pediatric through geriatric patient populations preferred

Responsibilities
