Job summary

MXR Imaging Inc. seeks Field Service Engineers for CT/MRI/PET-CT to travel across the United States, handling repairs, planned maintenance, installations, and de-installations. You will troubleshoot using laptops and equipment, familiar with medical imaging systems, and may require OEM or third-party training.

You will provide on-demand phone and on-site support, plan PM activities, submit paperwork, and maintain inventory. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Extensive background in servicing Medical Imaging equipment.
• Willing to be on call, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Preferred: Associate Degree or military-trained electronics training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone and on-site support as required.
• Plan, schedule, and execute all planned maintenance activities.
• Submit required paperwork to accounting/operations.
• Maintain inventory integrity and warehousing procedures.
• Installations and de-installations of on-site systems.
• Collaborate with sales and operations on site and technical issues.
