Job summary

MXR Imaging Inc in the United States is seeking CT/MRI/PET-CT Field Service Engineers to travel and perform service requests, repairs, PMs, and installations on medical imaging systems. Candidates must troubleshoot with laptops and be familiar with CT/MRI/PET-CT equipment; OEM or third-party training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Extensive background in servicing Medical Imaging equipment.
• Willing to be on call, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone and on-site support.
• Plan, schedule, and execute all required planned maintenance (PM) activities.
• Submit required paperwork to accounting/operations promptly.
• Promote positive customer relationships, including non-service call visits and meetings.
• Perform on-site system installations and de-installations.
• Travel within the United States as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and operations on site and technical issues.
