Job summary

MXR Imaging Inc in Orlando, FL seeks a CT/MRI/PET-CT Field Service Engineer to travel across the United States performing service, PMs, installations and de-installations of medical imaging systems. You will troubleshoot using laptops, document activities, and maintain strong customer relations; on-call weekends/holidays required; valid US driver's license required.

Associate degree or military electronics training preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Extensive background servicing Medical Imaging equipment is required.
• Willingness to be on call, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone and on-site support as required.
• Plan, schedule, and execute all required planned maintenance (PM) activities.
• Accurately and promptly submit required paperwork to accounting/operations.
• Promote positive customer relationships, including non-service call visits and meetings.
• Perform on-site system installations and de-installations.
• Maintain inventory integrity through proper handling, inspection, and warehousing.
• Travel within the United States to service imaging equipment.
