Job summary

MXR Imaging Inc. is seeking Field Service Engineers to travel within the United States and perform all service requests on CT/MRI/PET-CT equipment. Responsibilities include repairs, planned maintenance, and installations, with strong troubleshooting using laptops and related tools.

Ideal candidates will have extensive medical imaging equipment servicing experience, be willing to be on call (weekends/holidays), and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and extensive background servicing medical imaging equipment.
• Willing to be on call including weekends and holidays.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or military electronics training or equivalent experience on electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone and on-site support.
• Plan, schedule, and execute all required PM activities.
• Submit required paperwork to accounting/operations.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and conduct follow-up visits.
• Install and de-install on-site systems as needed.
• Coordinate with sales/operations on site and technical issues.
• Maintain inventory integrity and assist in planning.
