Job summary

MXR Imaging Inc is seeking a CT/MRI/PET-CT Field Service Engineer to travel domestically, perform repairs, PMs, and installations on medical imaging systems. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting with laptops and specialized equipment, and a strong commitment to patient-safe imaging performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience servicing medical imaging equipment, be willing to be on call including weekends and holidays, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in servicing Medical Imaging equipment.
• Willing to be on call, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Willing to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone and on-site support as required.
• Plan, schedule, and execute all required PM activities.
• Professionally, safely, and accurately perform on-site system installations and de-installations.
• Submit required paperwork to accounting/operations.
• Maintain inventory integrity through proper handling and warehousing.
• Work with sales and operations on customer-specific site and technical issues.
