Job summary

MXR Imaging Inc. is seeking Field Service Engineers to travel within the United States to service CT, MRI and PET-CT equipment. The role requires troubleshooting, on-site maintenance, and installations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.

A valid driver’s license and medical imaging experience are essential. Preference given to candidates with OEM or equivalent training and a proven track record in servicing imaging systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive background servicing medical imaging equipment.
• Willingness to be on-call including weekends and holidays.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone and on-site support as required.
• Plan, schedule, and execute all required PM activities.
• Installations and de-installations of CT/MRI/PET-CT systems on customer sites.
• Document all service activities and communications promptly.
• Coordinate with sales and operations on site and technical issues.
• Maintain inventory integrity and support quality management processes.
