Job summary

ArchKey is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Technologies in Fargo, ND. This travel-based role requires managing multiple projects from start to finish, including proposals, bids, design, budgets, and client satisfaction across low voltage systems and related technologies.

The ideal candidate will lead project teams, coordinate with foremen and designers, and ensure safety and quality across sites. Travel and relocation are expected as part of project assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering/PM/construction.
• 1-5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Knowledge of project management tools, estimating, costing, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of each project to achieve high quality and productivity.
• Prepares and manages project documents, reports, schedules, and cost controls.
• Secures subcontractors and negotiates with vendors.
• Conducts job site inspections and safety audits, ensuring compliance with contracts and standards.
• Keeps stakeholders informed with regular project updates and progress.
