ArchKey Solutions in Columbus, OH seeks an Associate Project Manager for Construction Technologies. This travel-heavy role coordinates field staff and assists project managers to deliver quality, schedule, cost control, and safety across projects.

You will handle documentation for commissioning and closeout, review plans, support budgeting and billing, and participate in site inspections. Candidates with 0–1 year PM experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in project management or construction management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of construction/project management experience; familiarity with estimating systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction methods, costing, scheduling, and safety standards.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Review plans and specs to understand scope and milestones, and prepare estimates and cost codes.
• Assist project managers with budgeting, billing, scheduling, and project status reporting.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities, design interpretation, takeoffs, and value engineering.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and document progress with photos.
