Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is onsite in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, directing high-stakes construction activities across HV/MV projects. Travel-based role with rotations, per diem, a company vehicle, and a fuel card to support on-site assignments lasting 4–10 months.

Responsibilities include safety, quality, and client interface, plus robust reporting and team development. Candidates should have a relevant degree, seven years in construction, and supervisory experience to lead crews effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all PACK Safety and Quality Policies and procedures.
• Promote and foster team development through recruiting, training, and engagement.
• Oversee all construction activities within contracted Scope of Work.
• Maintain interface with PACK project team and Client to ensure documentation complies with contractual obligations.
• Monitor performance indicators/metrics.
• Draft and distribute daily/weekly reporting as required by policy and contract.
