Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a construction management professional to direct, plan, and manage construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring adherence to PACK safety and procedural policies. The position is onsite in Harrodsburg, Kentucky with travel on assignments lasting several months, including per diem and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Seven years of construction industry experience and knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and management.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with PACK Safety and Quality Policies and procedures.
• Oversee all construction activities within contracted scope of work.
• Maintain interface with PACK project team and client to ensure documentation compliance with contracts.
• Draft and distribute daily/weekly reporting as required by PACK policy and contract.
• Build client relationships based on integrity, communication, and trust.
