This role is traveling, requiring up to 75% time on the road, managing clean energy projects across multiple states. Qualifications

• 5 years of field superintendent/management experience in solar and/or wind markets.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Safety planning for all field operations along busy roads.
• Manage and update work schedule and project progress.
• Contribute to monthly costs and advise the Project Manager.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Effective communication skills

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
