Layton Construction is seeking a Project Executive to lead complex commercial projects with a focus on predictable outcomes and strong customer relationships. You will oversee financial performance, margins, and cross-functional team collaboration to deliver on commitments.

The role emphasizes pre-construction leadership, proactive risk management, and ensuring client satisfaction through all project phases and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test and comply with our vehicle safety program.
• 4-year degree in a construction related major.
• Minimum 15 years’ project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees financial and general project performance across the portfolio.
• Acquire new work and maintain relations with existing and prospective clients.
• Lead pre-construction efforts for potential and secured work.
