One80 Intermediaries Inc. is seeking a Travel Claim Examiner & Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for reporting claims and initiating the process.

You will gather information, assess coverage, and communicate findings to claimants with professionalism and care. You will independently process travel claims per policy, handle inbound and outbound calls, and stay current on plans to ensure accurate claim payments, quality service, and HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced
