Job summary

One80 Intermediaries seeks a Claims Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to retailers and customers while managing the end-to-end claim process. You will receive calls and emails, review documentation, and coordinate inspections and service actions to facilitate repairs or replacements.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and computer skills, with a focus on accuracy and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Must have completed intake process training or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to handle calls and maintain professional communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Team-oriented with resilience to change and new procedures.
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service via phone and email throughout the claim process.
• Review documentation, determine coverage, and authorize actions to support repairs or settlements.
• Monitor claims queues, manage inspections, parts orders, and service authorizations.
• Assist with intake tasks and provide guidance on claims through retailer portals.
• Maintain accuracy and timely responses to retailers, customers, and manufacturers.
