In this fast-paced role, you will independently process claims, read benefit plans, handle calls, meet performance standards, and maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering courteous, professional support.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Effective time management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Independently process travel claims in accordance with policies.
• Gather essential information and assess coverage eligibility.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with claimants and suppliers professionally.
• Meet established performance standards for quantity and quality of claims processing.
• Maintain knowledge of plans and apply to payments and customer service.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all processes.
