Travel Guard is hiring a Claims Adjuster to assess and investigate travel-related claims within a hybrid work model. Located near Stevens Point, WI, you will communicate empathetically with claimants and stakeholders, apply policy guidelines, and maintain meticulous claim records.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong written and verbal communication, and a willingness to obtain state licensing within six months. Expect 2–3 days/month in-office work within a 150-mile radius.

Formación

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail for thorough investigations and documentation.
• Willingness to obtain State Specific Adjuster Licensing within 6 months of employment.
• Comfortable commuting to the office 2–3 days per month within 150 miles of Stevens Point, WI.
