Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience in construction of commercial, industrial, or government facilities.
• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and construction document review tools such as Bluebeam.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field point of contact coordinating with contractors, project engineers, and stakeholders to resolve field issues.
• Ensure contractor compliance with FAA Environmental, Safety, and Health policies and contract requirements while monitoring field construction.
• Monitor progress against schedules, review reports, and communicate status, risks, and deviations.
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and work plans to support engineering teams.
• Support inspections, commissioning, and closeout activities, including punch list resolution.
• Maintain daily reports, as-built documentation, and project records; assist with safety plans and field sequencing.
• Assist with basic design modifications and constructability reviews with engineering stakeholders.
