Pilot Flying J seeks an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee a high-volume travel center and restaurant operation. You will develop and execute business plans to hit sales, profit, and customer-satisfaction targets while leading frontline teams.

You will build, coach, and develop staff, maintain vendor relationships, drive sales, manage inventory, and perform P&L analysis. The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
