Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead sales initiatives, train and coach teams, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving profitability.

You will build and manage staff, maintain vendor relationships, and monitor inventory to support strong service levels. Flexibility for nights, days, weekends and holidays is required as you guide operations.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Experience managing high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
