Job summary

Pilot Flying J seeks an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will generate and execute business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction, while building and coaching teams from staffing to training.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing team members, and performing P&L analysis, with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Integrity and accountability at the managerial level
• Excellent team leadership skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
