Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for generating and executing business plans to achieve sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.

The Retail General Manager will build, coach, manage and develop teams, maintain vendor relationships and drive operational excellence. A flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail/restaurant/ service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams and manage store operations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
