Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will drive the generation and execution of business plans to achieve sales, profitability and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, coaching teams, maintaining vendor relationships, tracking inventory and performing P&L analysis; flexible scheduling required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture
