Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will develop and execute business plans to meet sales, profit, and guest satisfaction standards.

You will build and coach teams, manage staffing, vendors, and inventory, drive sales, monitor P&L, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires flexible scheduling including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
