Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee high-volume travel center facilities and related restaurants. You will lead teams, execute business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

The role requires managing a staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service, with P&L responsibility and flexibility to work a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
