Job summary

FiberTel, LLC is seeking Travel CDL Construction Worker/Laborers for our PNW locations. This travel role covers OR, WA, and ID sites, supporting all phases of telecom construction, with duties ranging from digging and cabling to setup and site cleanup.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $27.00 per hour plus daily per diem and travel accommodations; must pass drug screen and background check; CDL is a plus; willingness to travel and work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or be willing to obtain the required license.
• Good driving record required.
• Ability to operate various utility trucks and equipment safely; use hand tools correctly.
• CDL is a plus; higher wages for CDL holders.

Responsibilities

• Hand dig using shovel or mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in congested or remote areas.
• Maintain safety and coordinate with crew for safe movements.
• Prepare and cleanup construction sites and learn all crew duties.
