The role features 4x10s with varied start times, on-call duties, and potential for travel housing reimbursement. First-hand exposure to LHC, RHC, PCI, pacemaker, and ICD procedures is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years cath lab experience.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Certified Cardiovascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-CV) or RCIS via CCI.
• RT or RCIS credential required.
• KS state license required if applicable.
• Active state or compact licensure required; pending licenses not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Acute care Cath Lab unit with 1 procedure suite.
• Average of 1–3 cases per day.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath procedures including LHC/RHC/PCI and pacemaker/ICD procedures.
• Use EPIC EMR for documentation.
• On-call and weekend call requirements; travel and housing arrangements provided.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience with the ability to independently handle STEMI cases
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Certified Cardiovascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-CV) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI
• RT or RCIS credential required
• KS state license required if applicable
• Active state or compact licensure required; pending licenses not accepted
• Driver's license copy required for consideration
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible

Responsibilities

• Acute care Cardiovascular Cath Lab unit with 1 procedure suite
• Average of 1-3 cases per day
• Common cases include LHC/RHC/PCI, peripheral interventions, pacemaker, and ICD procedures
• Uses EPIC EMR
• 4x10 day shifts, typically 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Tuesday-Thursday, with 7:00 AM starts on case days falling on Monday/Friday
• Call required, with a 30-minute response time
• Weekend call approximately 2 times per month, occasionally 3
• On-call rotation of 15 days
• May float to assist in the stress lab
• Holiday call is negotiable
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including LHC/RHC/PCI, peripheral vascular interventions, pacemaker, and ICD implants
• Cath lab-specific new hire orientation provided with unit lead
• Scrubs provided
• Clinicians must be in-state for orientation week, even if initial modules are completed remotely
• Local candidates considered
• First-time travelers may be considered
